Frequently asked questions
Can I try it before buying?
In a trial-compatible release, connecting your Mac with Google gives you 7 days (168 hours) from first approval. No card or automatic charge is required; one trial is offered per account and device key. Saved results remain read-only after expiry. Enter a monthly or lifetime purchase serial to continue using the app.
Are payments recurring?
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. See checkout for available plans, prices and final taxes.
Does FindSpace delete files automatically?
Scans and previews do not modify files. Automatic scans never delete files. Moving selected items to Trash or storing them in iCloud runs only after your confirmation.
Where can I find my license key?
Your key and instructions appear after payment on this site. Later, sign in to My licenses with the Google account matching your purchase email, or check your Polar purchases.
Can one key activate multiple Macs?
One key can activate one Mac at a time. Deactivate the previous Mac before transferring the license.
Can it scan every file and folder?
The scan depends on macOS access permissions. Inaccessible locations and cloud files that have not been downloaded may be skipped. The results show any access limitations.
