Information used for trial verification
We store your Google sign-in account identifier, a hash of the device’s public key and the trial start/end times to link the device and prevent duplicate trials. Trial verification does not send analyzed file names or contents. Temporary connection requests expire after 10 minutes.
Connection codes are not stored in browser storage or analytics. With your consent, we collect journey events such as downloads, login starts and trial approvals, without account details, codes or device identifiers.
How to start your trialPrivate issues and suggestions
We store the post type, title, content and creation/update times linked to your Google account. Only the author and authorized operators can view posts and replies. Authors can edit or delete their posts; operators access them to provide support. Titles and content are not sent to analytics.
Background preferences and analytics
Your first-visit background pattern is saved in this browser’s localStorage for future visits. Clearing storage or using another browser assigns a new pattern.
Your selected language is saved in this browser. Internal links also include the language code to preserve it between pages.
When Google Analytics is enabled and you consent, page visits, purchase/download journeys and the background pattern are sent to Google Analytics using analytics cookies. Events exclude emails, names, license keys, payment tokens and form values. You can change consent in Analytics preferences.
