Space recovered 0 GB
System Data is large.
What is actually inside?
Choose a disk or folder to analyze. FindSpace reads the files it can access and lets you follow real paths through large folders. Inspect items that are hard to locate from macOS storage categories alone.

Open the folder.
Check the file.
Expand large folders and search by name or path. When you find an old archive, a previous project, or a hidden item starting with a dot, inspect it with Quick Look and Finder.

Check the space you regain.
Confirm the items you no longer need and move them to Trash. Files you want to keep can go to iCloud. After emptying Trash or removing an uploaded file’s local download, check the disk’s actual free space.
The home screen shows connected disks and their total, used, and free space. Analyze a whole disk or just the folder you need.

Keep files in iCloud. Manage space on your Mac.
Move selected files to an iCloud folder for safekeeping. Check their upload status before separately removing local downloads. Moving a file alone does not immediately free space.
Expert mode
Narrow the results. Track what changes.
Enable it with the toolbar switch or in Settings. Your mode choice and advanced settings are kept for your next session.
Find large items from different angles
Browse large files, file purposes, related apps, or items to review. Use size filters and search across the full analysis. A review suggestion does not mean a file is safe to delete.
Compare history and export results
Find growing items by comparing complete scans with matching locations and settings. Export results as JSON, CSV, or XLSX. Saved and imported results are read-only.
Check periodically while the app is open
Choose locations, intervals, and power or idle conditions. Use change detection for the current folder and scheduled analysis. Neither deletes files automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Can I try it before buying?
In a trial-compatible release, connecting your Mac with Google gives you 7 days (168 hours) from first approval. No card or automatic charge is required; one trial is offered per account and device key. Saved results remain read-only after expiry. Enter a monthly or lifetime purchase serial to continue using the app.
Yes. Within locations you allow it to analyze, FindSpace shows files and folders starting with a dot, such as .file. System Data is not one deletable folder, and essential system files should not be removed.
Will scanning delete my files?
No. Scans and previews are read-only. Automatic scans never delete files; moving to Trash or storing in iCloud requires your choice and confirmation.
How much space can I recover?
It depends on your files and disk. No specific amount is guaranteed; check actual free space again after cleanup.
How do the two plans differ?
The monthly plan renews each month and covers the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
Can I delete files from a saved scan?
Saved and imported results are read-only. To clean up files, grant access to their location and analyze its current state again.
Does the app support the same languages as the website?
The currently released Mac app has a Korean interface. The website and guides are available in Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and French.
